Terms & Conditions of the Gresty Academy 'Alkaff Mansion Afternoon Tea for Two' Promotion

1. Organiser
This promotion is organised by Gresty Academy, part of Gresty PTE LTD ("Organiser") in collaboration with Alkaff Mansion.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion is ongoing until further notice. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility
Participation is open to residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above and any other adults who are in Singapore (as tourists for example). 

4. How to Qualify
To qualify, a 'Ten Session' Exam Coaching package must be purchased from Gresty Academy and fully paid for  - contact us for more information on this, including pricing. 

Upon fulfilment of this requirement, the purchaser, and any referrer, become eligible to receive a voucher as described below.

Important Note: The 'Ten Session' Exam Coaching package is non-refundable and non-cancellable, including partial or mid-course cancellations.

5. Referral Bonus
If a person ("Referrer") introduces a new client ("Referee") to Gresty Academy, who then purchases a 'Ten Session' Exam Coaching package, both the Referrer and the Referee are entitled to receive one voucher each. However note:

• Only the first introduction qualifies both parties for a voucher.
• Subsequent purchases by the same Referee do not entitle the Referrer to additional vouchers.
• The Referrer and Referee may choose to redeem their vouchers together or separately.

6. Voucher Details
Each eligible person will receive one voucher for an Afternoon Tea Set for Two (2) pax at Wildseed Café, The Alkaff Mansion, subject to the following conditions:

• The voucher will be emailed once all eligibility criteria are fulfilled.
• Redemption must be made via reservation directly with Wildseed Café at The Alkaff Mansion using a unique promo code which will be provided by Gresty Academy.
• Reservations must be made at least ONE working day in advance and are only valid for Afternoon Tea sessions from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM daily, subject to availability and excluding private event bookings - check directly with Alkaff Mansion.
• No-shows after a reservation has been made will result in the invalidation of the voucher.
• The voucher entitles the diners only to the items included in the Alkaff Mansion Afternoon Tea Set seasonal menu. Any additional food or drink ordered or consumed must be paid for directly by the diners.

7. Voucher Restrictions

• The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other goods/services.
• The voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.
• Redemption is subject to availability at Wildseed Café at The Alkaff Mansion and at the discretion of the venue.

8. Notification and Delivery

• Eligible participants will be notified and sent their voucher via email, using the email address provided during registration or payment.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their email address is accurate and monitored.

9. Data Collection
Gresty Academy will collect only your email address for the purpose of delivering the voucher. No additional personal data will be stored or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10. General

• The Organiser’s decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and binding.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
