Further Maths Coaching
Most students take Further Maths (equivalent to Higher Level Maths in the International Baccalaureate) alongside A-Level Maths in their pre-university studies and for many this is a very rapid step up in difficulty level, necessitating a good deal of help along the way. We recognise this, hence we provide both tuition services to help the student navigate the Further Maths path, as well as exam coaching to help maximise the chances of attaining the required grades in the Further Maths exam for university entrance in the student's chosen subject.

On the Gresty Academy YouTube Channel we have created a podcast just for Further Maths students. Entitled 'A Crash Course in Edexcel Further Pure Maths F1', it consists of dozens of short teaser videos testing maths concepts which need to be understood in order to ace the Edexcel Further Pure Maths F1 (aka FP 1 or IAS - WFM01/01) exam - new short videos are uploaded to the podcast nearly every day.
Note: Edexcel Further Pure Maths F1 is a module within the Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Level (IAL) Further Mathematics qualification, focusing on advanced pure mathematics topics. It is a more advanced qualification than A-level Mathematics, and is designed for students who wish to study mathematics at a higher level, covering topics such as vectors, conic sections, inequalities, Taylor series, calculus methods, numerical methods, and reducible differential equations.
Also on the Gresty Academy YouTube Channel we have a 'Challenging Maths Teasers' podcast, which also consists of hundreds of short videos testing maths concepts. Even though many of the topics covered in these teasers will certainly not be tested on the Edexcel Further Pure Maths F1 exam, working through the teasers is great practice at advancing the mathematical brain and thinking in new ways, as well as picking up new mathematical techniques.
